Harrison Begay Wedding Vase Santa Clara Pot
Dine (Navajo) potter Harrison Begay, Jr. is considered to be one of the Native American pottery world's innovators. Having learned the Santa Clara Pueblo-style of pottery, his beautiful incised and polished works include black, red as well as brown-fired pots with Navajo designs. His carving is sharp, precise and impeccably accurate.
This wedding vase measures 8 3/4inches tall by 5 inches wide.
The bright spots about midway and to right of center are light reflections, not blemishes on the pottery.
