Paula Estevan Eye-Dazzling Design Acoma Pottery
Paula Estevan was born in 1967 and has been making pottery since 1986. One needs only look at any of her pottery to recognize the hand of a master decorator. Her fine-line patterns are simply impeccable.
The present piece measures 4 inches tall by 5 inches wide and is decorated with an incredible, eye-dazzling painting the lightning pattern. The size of the pattern varies with the position on the surface of the pot becoming much finer near the top. It is indeed difficult to believe that the painting can be done free hand - one of Paula's signatures!
